Shipping + Payment + Returns

Payment

  •  Moroccan Berber Carpets maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.

  • Once you place your order full payment for shipping and products must be received before dispatch.

  • A full name, delivery address and contact phone number must be given.

Shipping

  • We ship all over the world, and the freight charge depends on your country and the weight in kilos of the package.

  • The normal delivery time after the package has left our warehouse is:

  • 4 working day to the United Kingdom

  • 5 working days to Europe

  • 6 working days to the remaining destinations

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as a delivery address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, buyer is responsible for shipping price.

To return a product, please reach out to us directly : team@campadounia.com and we will send you more info on how to return a product. it can take up to 7 days to process the refund.

Bespoke items and made-to-order carpets:

  • Client must give MBC a full brief by email with photos.

  • MBC will provide a scanned plan for client agreement

  • Full payment will be received and the work will commence

  • Shipping by TNT and tracking number provided

  • All packages are sent via TNT in Marrakech.
