Scandinavian Pavilion — Venice Biennale
Selected by the Sámi community to represent the Sámi people of Norway, we were honoured to contribute to the historic first Sámi Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, inaugurated by Her Majesty Queen Sonja of Norway. We designed and produced a tipi using handwoven camel-hair wool, bringing together traditional materials, craftsmanship and contemporary design. The resulting installation celebrated indigenous culture, identity and heritage on an international stage.
